Meet Our Veterinarians
Our skilled team of veterinarians brings extensive experience and a passion for animal health to every appointment. Leading our team is Dr. Birpal Buttar, who founded Cedar Plaza Veterinary Clinic to create a space where pets and their families feel cared for and valued. Dr. Buttar’s journey began with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry in India, followed by a Master of Veterinary Science in Veterinary Surgery and Radiology. After moving to Mountlake Terrace in 2005, he worked at a local animal hospital before establishing our clinic.
Joining Dr. Buttar are Dr. Marissa Jenkins, Dr. Royal Smalley, and Dr. Wendy Karle. Together, they provide a wide range of veterinary services—from preventative care to advanced surgical procedures—ensuring your pet receives comprehensive and attentive care.
